The building stands at a hotspot junction and has an access road on all its three sides making itself a significant entity. Besides treating it to be an iconic landmark our main idea was to overlay another layer of skin to it which is an abstract of a ‘wing’ with a cantilevered canopy at its southern end.

The building stands at a hotspot junction and has access road on all its three sides making itself a significant entity. Besides treating it to be an iconic landmark our main idea was to overlay another layer of skin to it which is an abstract of a ‘wing’ with a cantilevered canopy at its southern end. This skin overlay helps in controlling the inner temperature. Also, the direction and angles of the louvers are placed as per the sun path to reduce heat. By adhering to the principles of sustainability, the key materials for construction are steel, solar control low e-glass and concrete.
