Mohan nagar, Baner in Pune is an upcoming residential hub town. Situated near the highway, this township is a home for many buildings primarily 4-5 storey structures. MERCURY, in this vicinity is a proposed 8 storey Residential Building; at a very prime junction. With a clubhouse on its southern side and the main road at the south and the west; that being the prima face view for the users and also not compromising on the views, we focused on highlighting the verticality of the building.

To make it an icon in its domain by felicitously using the vertical fins and by unique tailor-made pattern for perforations so as to adapt climate responsive strategies, we holistically developed the facade treatment for this project.
