A linear plot of 9,000 sq.ft. area, nestled in the lush vegetation in Alibaug. Two duplex bungalows are proposed on the site with separate entry-exits and having their own amenity spaces.

The bungalows are planned in a way where a sequential unfolding of spaces creates an experiential journey. It is designed in a dynamic form whereas, the landscape design organically compliments the built form. Along with double height spaces, cantilevered terraces are created overlooking the common areas. The materials like exposed concrete, wood is used in the exterior to retain the raw look, however the plain sleek glass is making it look chic
